Pigments for resin and gelcoat systems
This family groups pigments listed for polyester- and epoxy-based resins and gelcoats. The containers are one gallon, and the options are distinguished by color. These are coloring additives, not complete colored resin kits or ready-to-apply coatings.
Keep this product family separate from mica powders and other decorative effects. A similar color name does not mean that two types of colorant have the same composition, appearance or recommended loading.
Select the color, not the reference photograph
The current choices are bright yellow, quinacridone red and titanium white. Choose the named color on the product row; the family photograph may show a single representative container and is not a calibrated color chart.
Plan a small compatibility and appearance trial using the actual base resin or gelcoat. The underlying material, pigment amount and application thickness can affect the finished appearance, so screen colors should not be used as a final color-match standard.
Use system-specific pigment guidance
Follow the resin or gelcoat manufacturer recommendations for compatible colorants and allowable addition levels. There is no universal pigment percentage for every system, and this page does not prescribe one.
