Troubleshooting & care
Find the cause before repairing or recoating.
Step 1. Soft or sticky areas
Check component pairing, ratio, mixing, temperature and cure records. Do not spread hardener on the surface or hide an uncured layer under another coat. Agree on diagnosis and removal/repair with the supplier.
Step 2. Bubbles, craters or peeling
Investigate moisture, outgassing, contamination, profile, mixing air and missed recoat windows. Identify whether failure is within the concrete, at its surface or between coats. Fix the cause before recoating; never torch floor bubbles.

Determine whether the issue is surface contamination or embedded in the coating. For water-soluble amine blush, follow the specified washing and drying before abrasion. Do not assume every cloudy area is blush or that cleaning reverses intrinsic yellowing.
Step 4. Clean and maintain the wearing layer
Remove grit, clean spills within the permitted exposure time and use approved cleaners, tools and dilution. Avoid slippery residue. Inspect joints and high-wear areas; recoat while the surface is sound, before the decorative layer wears through. Keep the original product and cure records.
