Moisture Seal Epoxy Primer is a vapor‑blocking primer that revitalizes concrete and plywood subfloors before epoxy flooring. Available in clear, gray, black and tan, it mixes 2:1 and has a 30‑minute working time with 24‑hour walk‑on time and cures in 3–7 days. The primer penetrates deep into concrete to prevent mold, mildew and delamination while remaining low‑odor and zero‑VOC. Each 1.5‑gallon kit covers about 192‑256 sq ft and works under both flake and metallic epoxy floors in workshops, garages, basements and home gyms.
